Ежегодно публикуемая финансовая отчетность компании. Отчетность состоит из отчета директоров о результатах деятельности компании за прошлый год, аудиторского отчета и финансового отчета (баланса и счета прибылей и убытков). Копия годового отчета высылается каждому акционеру компании перед созывом ежегодного общего собрания (см. Annual general meeting). См. также Accounts.
